By accessing, registering on, or using the 8k8apk website and its associated mobile platform (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement"), including all policies incorporated herein by reference such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

This Agreement constitutes a binding legal contract between you (the "Player" or "User") and 8k8apk (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming operator registered and operating in the Philippines.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 8k8apk Platform and close your account if one has been created. • You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

8k8apk reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction.

To access real-money gaming features on 8k8apk, you must create a player account by completing the registration process accurately and truthfully. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is current, complete, and accurate.

One Account Policy: Each individual player is strictly limited to one (1) registered account on the 8k8apk Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or winnings held therein.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. 8k8apk will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. 8k8apk does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts where the primary holder is not the registered player, or anonymous payment sources.

• Minimum deposit amounts may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
• 8k8apk does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 8k8apk account in real time, though delays may occur due to network issues or payment provider processing times.
• 8k8apk reserves the right to reverse deposits that cannot be verified or that are suspected to be fraudulent.

8k8apk is committed to processing withdrawal requests within 1 to 2 hours for GCash and other supported e-wallet methods, subject to completion of identity verification and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests made on the 8k8apk Platform:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 8k8apk player account.
• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Funds originating from a bonus award must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Banking section of your account.
• 8k8apk reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawals or those that trigger AML monitoring thresholds, which may extend standard processing times.
• Withdrawals suspected to be connected to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering will be withheld pending investigation.

General bonus terms applicable across all 8k8apk promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed account registration and identity verification.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement (also referred to as a playthrough requirement) that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be used on specified game categories. Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
• 8k8apk reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for a promotion if evidence of abuse, system exploitation, or circumvention of bonus terms is detected.
• Players who wish to withdraw a deposit before meeting the wagering requirement on an associated bonus may have the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings removed from their account.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 8k8apk Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering an account using false, misleading, or third-party identity information.
• Creating or operating more than one player account on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in any game, including live dealer games and poker variants.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain credits or winnings that would not be awarded under normal operation.

8k8apk monitors all account activity for indicators of prohibited conduct. Where a violation is identified, the Company reserves the right to withhold affected balances pending investigation and to take such further action as deemed appropriate, including legal proceedings.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, modify, or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent from 8k8apk.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from any software component of the Platform.
• Use 8k8apk trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner that could cause confusion or imply an unauthorized affiliation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of 8k8apk intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 8k8apk, its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any services provided therein.

Without limiting the foregoing, 8k8apk is not liable for:

• Losses incurred as a result of gambling activity, including but not limited to wagered stakes, bonus funds, and associated winnings.
• Interruptions or unavailability of the Platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment service providers, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and other banking partners.
• Decisions made by regulatory or law enforcement authorities that affect the availability of the Platform in any jurisdiction.

The aggregate liability of 8k8apk to any player for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. 8k8apk operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), and all gaming operations are subject to PAGCOR oversight and regulation.

In the event of a dispute between you and 8k8apk arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days of being raised, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant PAGCOR dispute resolution process. Players may also have the right to seek redress through the appropriate Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction.

8k8apk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with your account, a prominent notice on the Platform, or both.

Your continued use of the 8k8apk Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
